2012 IBPA Power on the Plains Squat Championship
Date: Saturday May 12th 2012
Location: Colton Fitness Center, 400 S. Dakota Avenue, Colton, SD 57018
Time Table: 830am-9am weighins 9:15am lifters meeting 10am meet begins.
Events: Squat
Awards: No one leaves empty handed, there will also be awards for best lifters.
Spectator Admission: $3.00 for anyone not lifting that wants to watch.
Entry Fee: $40.00 per lifter * Note there is no league fee associated with belonging to the IBPA!
Entry Deadline: A late fee of $10.00 will need to be added to any entry recieved after May 1st 2012. Also note that depending on how late your entry is your trophy may have to be shipped to you.
Sanctioning Body: Independent Bodybuilding & Powerlifting Association or IBPA
General Information: Lifters may wear singlets although not required. Lifting gear to include wrist wraps, knee wraps, and lifting belts are permitted(no squat suits this is a raw meet). We will cover what is expected of the lifters at the rules meeting.

I hereby waive my right to any and all legal action and also bind my heirs for taking any action for any injuries I may incur while traveling to this meet, during this meet, and while traveling home from said meet however severe they may be including the possibilty of death.
