Challenge yourself by reserving a spot to participate in Tellberg’s Threshold Training held at Colton Fitness Center 400 S. Dakota Avenue, Colton SD 57018(door is on East side of bldg) pre register for Saturday or Sunday classes. This group training class offers a fun motivational hour of alternative exercises that will help you build lean muscle, increase your agility and maximize your cardiovascular endurance. Most importantly this course will help you build more self confidence to help you not only meet but surpass your fitness goals.
You do not need to be a expert fitness enthusiast to participate. This class is for anyone interested in bettering themselves. Although due to the rigorous activity involved with this type of training everyone will be required to complete a brief health history survey and will need to be cleared prior to participating.
There are only six slots available per class(times are generally from 1pm-2pm). The cost to participate is $5.00 per session.
