Early Bird Circuit Training Class
Looking for something to jump start your day, sky rocket your metabolism and help you to tone up ? Then join us for a guided circuit training course for men and women every Wednesday morning from 6am until 7am at the Colton Fitness Center located at 400 S. Dakota Avenue ( Colton SD ). This class utilizes cardiovascular acvtivities and traditional weight training in a group setting to bring out the competitive spirit.There is only room for six participants and you must reserve a spot ahead of time by contacting Ryan @ 376-2488 or emailing Coltonfitnesscenter@gmail.com no later than 7pm on Tuesday the week of class.
Each class is $5.00 for members and $10.00 for non gym members. Dues can be paid the day of class. Participants are expected to wear gym attire and have a change of footwear as street shoes are not permitted.....you are also encouraged to bring your own water bottle.
